Mr. Northcutt is a life-long resident of Tyler, Texas, and is a 1993 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School. Mr. Northcutt graduated from Walden University in 2014 earning his Master of Science in Nursing. Mr. Northcutt completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Tyler. Mr. Northcutt is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. His experience includes 22 years of combined family practice, internal medicine, emergency medicine, critical care medicine, and long-term care. Further, he specializes in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and assisted living facilities. Mr. Northcutt is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Includes two face-to-face visits per month, call, and text messages to the provider for healthcare-related matters.
12-month contract commitment required. Once signed, first month's labs are included in the initial consultation.
Additional labs can be purchased A La Carte or can be billed through insurance.

Yes, we are currently accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, and we are working with other major insurance groups to get more coverage, but we also accept cash for those without insurance.
2 / Do I need to retain my insurance coverage or keep my Medicare?
Yes, patients will need to retain primary insurance or Medicare to cover hospitalizations, ER visits, prescription coverage, specialist care, certain lab tests, and procedures. An insurance plan with a high deductible or a health savings account may be a good fit.
3 / Is my yearly retainer a tax-deductible expense?
Yes, your yearly retainer is a medical expense and should be tax-deductible. Always consider discussing with a tax professional.
