Mr. Northcutt is a life-long resident of Tyler, Texas, and is a 1993 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School. Mr. Northcutt graduated from Walden University in 2014 earning his Master of Science in Nursing. Mr. Northcutt completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Tyler. Mr. Northcutt is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. His experience includes 22 years of combined family practice, internal medicine, emergency medicine, critical care medicine, and long-term care. Further, he specializes in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and assisted living facilities. Mr. Northcutt is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

12-month contract commitment required. Once signed, first month's labs are included in the initial consultation.
